How can I pay?
We accept payment from all credit and debit cards except American Express. We also accept cheques addressed to Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Trading Ltd in orders placed by post.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver orders to the UK mainland within 5 working days from order receipt however this can take up to 14 days (particularly in busy periods). We also offer next working day delivery (UK mainland only, orders received before 12pm). For non-UK orders, we aim to deliver within 7 days from point of despatch but this can take up to a month.

Do you accept international orders?
We do accept international orders. Please note though that the website displays costs in British pounds only. The amount charged with foreign currencies will depend upon the daily exchange rate and may also be subject to your bank’s conversion charges. Please also note that shipping charges to outside UK mainland vary and are calculated by order weight and destination. This amount will be displayed at point of purchase. Certain products may contravene import regulations if you're outside the UK; some countries also levy import duties. Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research cannot offer any advice and you are advised to check with your local/national authorities before you order if in doubt.

How can I find a product featured in the catalogue?
Quickly find a product featured in the catalogue by entering the product name or code in the search box at the top of every page. If no results are found it may be that the product is no longer in stock. Are all products featured online currently in stock?
We try to keep the website updated with live stock availability however in some cases this is not always possible. If an order is placed for an item temporarily out of stock we will try to notify you of the delay and anticipated delivery time. If an order is placed for an item indefinitely out of stock we will send a refund for the cost of the out of stock product within one month.
